Requesting an Order over the Phone

One of the easiest methods of placing an order which gives the customer a chance to discuss exactly what they need or receive some helpful advice.

For our existing customers when an order is placed, we can normally confirm the ETA (estimated time arrival) for the next day.

Alternatively we can send you a pro-forma invoice so you can pay by cheque or bank transfer.

You can call or send us an email with your exact requirements or the product details you have, and we will endeavor to email or fax you back your quotation usually within a few hours.

You can send an order with payment to us by cheque or postal order.

Orders can be paid for buy cheques drawn against UK bank accounts or postal orders. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Kingcoms Telecommunications.
